Contact identifiers (name, institution/company, email address, optional phone number), inquiry message contents, and standard technical telemetry (anonymized IP address, browser type, and cookies).

4. Duration, Region, Recipients, and Means of Use

Duration: For the period necessary to fulfill the inquiry purpose or until you request deletion.
Region & Third-Party Processors: Taiwan and the server locations of our infrastructure providers: Cloudflare Pages (static web hosting and CDN), form-to-email forwarding service (delivering inquiries to bioslab.service@gmail.com), and Google Analytics 4 (traffic analytics with IP anonymization enabled). We never sell your personal data.
Means: Electronic mail, telephone communication, and automated statistical processing.

5. Your Rights (PDPA Article 3)

You may contact us at bioslab.service@gmail.com at any time to request access, copies, correction, cessation of processing, or deletion of your personal data.

6. Impact of Not Providing Data

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, omitting required fields on the inquiry form will prevent us from replying to your request.
